The Exuria Goodin Recipe Collection |
Annotations: Exuria was an incredible country cook. Raising children during the Great Depression she learned to make do with what was available. Most of her recipes were in her head and simply passed on through word of mouth to her children. A few were actually written down and found in her kitchen cabinet. This cookbook is a tribute to Exuria and her love of cooking. All recipes are donated by members of her family. They include Lawrence and Exuria's seven children, along with their respective immediate families. Four generations from the family have donated over 350 of their favorite recipes for this book. It is in loving tribute to the woman that shared her love of family and cooking with this family.
